Snow pea sprout, king oyster mushroom, shiitaki mushroom, pearl mushroom. Udon noodle is made from wheat Flour, Wheat Protein, Salt, Starch. Frozen noodle and takes 3 mins in boiling water serving size 250g. Rice noodle is made from rice flour & water. Dried noodle takes 15 mins in boiling water, serving size 300g. Soup Broth is simmered with pork bone & chicken bone.
